Got questions? We've got answers
The questions we get asked most often about our roofing services and how we work.
What roofing services do you offer?
We cover the full range of domestic and commercial roofing: repairs and maintenance, complete re-roofs, flat roofing (EPDM, GRP and felt), slating and tiling, guttering, fascias and soffits, chimney repairs and leadwork, roof cleaning and moss removal, plus emergency call-outs.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and there is no obligation. We inspect the roof, explain what we have found and give you a clear written price before any work begins. There are no hidden extras.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Witney and work across West Oxfordshire, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham and Worcester. If you are not sure whether we reach you, give us a call and we will tell you straight away.
Do you handle small jobs?
Absolutely. A single slipped tile or a short length of gutter is as welcome as a full re-roof. Small problems fixed early are what stop the big bills later.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and are happy to show you the certificate before we start.
How soon can you start?
Repairs and emergencies are usually seen within a day or two. Larger jobs such as a re-roof are booked in around the weather and our schedule, and we will give you realistic dates from the outset.
Is your work guaranteed?
It is. All our workmanship is guaranteed in writing, and new roofs and flat roof systems carry the manufacturer’s material guarantee on top.
Do I need to provide any materials?
No. We supply everything, including matching tiles, slates, leadwork and fixings, and we clear all waste from site when the job is finished.
How do I book?
Call 07842 085106, email [email protected] or fill in the form on our contact page. We will arrange a time to come and look at the roof.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card and cash. Larger projects are usually split into staged payments agreed before work starts. We never ask for full payment up front.
